    Your personal data processed by the Administrator is stored for no longer than necessary to carry out the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

    • Data portability.

    You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, where the right to object cannot be exercised in the case of valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.
    You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
    Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the website.
    Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be used in relation to you for the provision of services under a contract and for direct marketing by the Administrator.
    Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations, meaning it is not transferred outside the European Union.
